"Because Dad and Kain went to our Bergen/Penner cabin with some of our cousins from
March 3-5, me and Mom enjoyed a 'girls weekend' together! On Friday, Papa Len and
Nana Ruth joined us for a Gondola Pizza supper; on Saturday we started the day with
left-over ice cream cake for breakfast before shopping for my friend's birthday present."
"After buying a gift, my Mom dropped me off at Lydia's house for her birthday party.
Me, Lydia and the other invited friends then went to the Assiniboine Park Zoo to have
her party while my Mom went to the gym before getting some groceries at Superstore."
"When I got home from the party, me and Mom had
left-over pizza for supper and raspberries for a snack."
"Later, we put together more snacks and some refreshments and then watched the movie, Pets United..."
"...before we read a story together at bedtime."
"Mom couldn't sleep though, so after I fell asleep, she went
back to the couch and watched HGTV with Busen...lol."
"The next morning me and Mom went to church and then to Smitty's for brunch.
We then exchanged stuff at Walmart and Superstore before going back home to
to relax for the afternoon. Mom had a nap and I played a few video games...lol!
Later we went to Granny Norrie's for a great 'family' supper...and then we went
home to greet Dad and Kain when they returned from our Bergen/Penner cabin!"
